Learn how to train your second brain by activating the eight trigrams of the Yi Jing. The brain is the consumer of Qi, and the gut is the producer of Qi. If the gut/brain cannot produce this Qi, then the brain is out of balance. This qigong form creates an awareness in yourself and an important regard for the workings of your gut — your second brain — so that improve digestion not only of food but also are able to digest the world.

Introduction to Qigong and Tai Chi

Learn the basics of Qigong and Tai Chi, mind-body practices that have been used for thousands of years to promote health. Tai Chi is a form of Qigong and was originally a martial art. Both Qigong and Tai Chi target the body’s energy through focused breath and gentle, flowing movements for full body health and integration. Qigong and Tai Chi have been shown to improve health in many areas: balance, muscle strength, flexibility, sleep quality, arthritis, blood pressure, bone density, digestion, cardiovascular health, immune system health, chronic pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, mood, and cognitive function.
