Magic Square Abdominal Qigong is a form from the Ling Gui Qigong School that works with the Earth element to improve digestion, provide stability, and help us connect with our center . The Chinese medicine system views the Earth’s elements to include the Stomach/Spleen/Pancreas energetic organ systems. When we can receive nourishment, these organs transform and transport food into Qi, Blood, and Essence: vital components necessary to heal your entire system and maintain good health. Gingy learned Magic Square Abdominal Qigong from Master Liu He in 2021, honed it over the course of 18 months, and was certified by Master Liu to teach it.
